3. Data Storage and Security
Local Storage: The majority of your data (calculations, chat history, saved references, settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
AI assistant queries are sent to our AI provider to generate responses but are not permanently stored. We implement encryption and security measures to protect data in transit.

Free users see advertisements through Google AdMob. You can limit ad personalization in your iOS Settings under Privacy > Tracking and Privacy > Apple Advertising.
Pro and Pro+ subscribers do not see advertisements.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Since most data is stored locally on your device, you have direct control. You can view your data within the App, delete it by clearing history, or uninstall the App to remove all local data.
California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know, delete, and opt-out. We do not sell personal information.
European Residents (GDPR): You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.

Our App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

- Local data: Retained until you delete it
